- Cheshire Henbury has over
15 years of experience working with companies on European projects.
We have participated in several projects from different programmes
(Brite-Euram, Esprit, Eureka, FAST and IST). In many of the projects
we have been heavily involved in supporting project management
work. We have also carried out proposals evaluations for the
Brite-Euram, Esprit, IMS, and SMT programmes. We have made presentations
about the Brite-Euram evaluation process at UK information days
and prepared two Brite-Euram publicity and information brochures
for the UK Department of Trade and Industry. In addition we have
participated in a number of European Commission special interest
groups.

projects and Commission procedures is therefore quite extensive
and we are well placed to help firms with their projects. Our
capabilities and experience allow us to provide the following

to see how a project fits with the funding programmes;
- Brokering a consortium
- Independent proposal review
to check for business soundness, technical quality, and tender
compliance and intelligibility;
- Writing proposals;
- Negotiating a contract with
the European Commission and making a presentation to them;
- Assistance in the management
of the project;
- Technical input (in certain
areas);
- Disseminating
project results;
- Exploiting the results of
the project.
