Call for Sponsors
The eBusiness and eWork 2002
Annual Conference is a high profile event in a technology area
that is attracting enormous interest from business and the general
public. The European Commission, through its Information Society
Technologies Programme supports the e2002 event. The aim is to
help promote the activities and achievements of the IST programme's
Kay Action II, New Methods of Work and Electronic Commerce.
A number of companies are appreciating
the value of sponsorship for gaining exposure and fostering good
will to a precise target audience; the previous two events in
Madrid and Venice each attracted nearly 500 participants. Sponsorship
can cover a range of attractive items and activities, such as:
- the delegates' wallets, pens
or promotional gifts
- transfer of delegates from
the airport to hotels and return
- evening cocktails and other
social activities
- gala reception
Publicity for Sponsors
Before the event prominent
notice will be given to sponsors
- in the final edition of the
programme (circulated to over 10,000 addresses)
- on this web site (www.cheshirehenbury.com/ebew)
- in press releases
At the conference, prominent
acknowledgement of sponsors will be given
- on display panels
- in the delegate notes, final
programme and daily newsletters

given from the session platforms.
The preferred method of working
is for sponsors to be put in touch with suppliers so that they
may directly supervise the arrangements. Applications will be
considered on a first come first served basis. To apply for sponsorship
