The EC-funded "Socio-economic
Trends Assessment for the Digital Revolution" (STAR) project
has recently published on its web site its first Annual Report
"Europe - The Digital Way", constituting the culmination
of the STAR annual research cycles.
This report, in fact, includes
a synthesis of the key results of its first year of research
and concludes with recommendations for policy actions.
As for all STAR reports, it
is available for free downloading upon registration. The executive
summary, instead, is available directly online (http://www.databank.it/star/ar1.html).
