To register for the conference, one form is needed for each person registered. Delegates may either register on-line from the website (see below) http://www.cheshirehenbury.com/ebew or complete one registration form and send it to the Registration Secretariat by fax or postal mail. 2. The registration form may be photocopied. 3. The Conference fee includes: entrance to all plenary and parallel sessions entrance to demonstrations and displays documentation with proceedings on CD-Rom a two volume book (worth over 200 euros) with the text of all papers three luncheons and refreshments at morning and afternoon breaks cocktail party and Gala Reception transfers from the airport to designated hotels and from conference site to airport 4. Payments must be made net of any bank charges and the payment instruction should refer to "e-2002 Conference" together with your name and organisation. 5. On receipt of the registration form and payment, delegates will receive a letter of confirmation and an invoice. 6. At the registration desk, delegates will receive their conference documentation, proceedings and badge. 7. The registration desk will be open at the Corinthia Towers Hotel from Tuesday 15 October 2002 from 16:00 to 20:00 and during normal conference hours 8. Delegates' fees must be paid before admission to the conference and display area. There is no refund for cancellations but substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event.
